All candidates for Philosophy GSI positions must submit a completed  application form. Non-departmental candidates who have not previously taught for the Philosophy Department must also submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, course evaluations, transcript, a list of philosophy courses you have taken, and at least one letter of recommendation, preferably from a UM faculty member. Selection process is by Faculty evaluation of applicants' credentials and preferences, and departmental need. The approximate schedule for the posting of positions is as follows:

For Fall Appointments: February 10-25
For Winter Appointments: October 1-15
For Spring/Summer Appointments: February 1-15
