I received a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College and a B.M. in Music History from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. After working for three years as an economic consultant in Boston, I moved to London and earned an M.Sc. in Environmental & Resource Economics and an M.A. in Philosophy at University College London. My primary philosophical interests are in ethical theory, moral psychology, and the history of ethics (especially Adam Smith and David Hume). I have additional interests in political philosophy, the philosophy of economics, the philosophy of education, and applied ethics.
