About Gabriel Zamosc-Regueros

Born in Haifa, Israel, Gabriel quickly left the Middle East and moved through Europe only to land in Bogota, Colombia, where he then proceeded to devote his wholehearted attention to the task of growing up. Rumor has it that he successfully learned to read and write, and that he acquired an uncanny ability to move forward in time. In 1992 Gabriel immigrated to the United States. He has a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from UC San Diego, and an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago. He is primarily interested in 19th Century German Philosophy with an emphasis on ethics and moral philosophy. Besides dancing, reading fiction and poetry, and playing his guitar, in his spare time Gabriel likes to speak of himself in the third person plural. Some say that, since he is always laughing, the fact that he is in graduate school must somehow constantly elude him.
