Thefts and Property Damage

Contact Department of Public Safety (DPS) 763-1131 to file a report of any theft or property damage (i.e. flooding, fire etc.).

To file a proof of loss report with U-M Risk Management, see their website, to obtain the proper form. Contact Technical Services by sending email to physics.facilities@umich.edu to inform of the theft and/or property loss and to ensure proper memos are sent.
