Please inform Technical Services via email, physics.facilities@umich.edu, of any events taking place before noon in 340 West Hall, 337 West Hall, Don Meyers Commons, or any of the conference rooms in Randall Lab that will require extra cleaning attention prior to or after the event. Please provide the following details of the event schedule: Dates, Time, and Location.

If you have food served at your events, then you must ensure all leftover food is cleaned up immediately after the event is over.
