The Department Truck is available for business purposes only at the Package Room (1425 Randall) for a limit of 4 hours at a time on a first come, first serve basis unless otherwise approved. Package hours are 8:00-12:00 P.M. and 1:00-4:00 P.M.   

 By using the Department’s truck you agree with the following terms:

1. You have a valid American issued drivers license
   
2. You will return the vehicle with at least ½ tank of un-leaded fuel: Gas is available at Transportation Services (scroll to bottom of page) at 1213 Kipke Drive at no charge to you. The department will not reimburse you for gas that you buy.
   
3. If you can not find a legal parking spot behind Randall, please park in the Church Street Structure (using the South Entrance): This service vehicle can park in any University Blue lot. If you do not park it behind Randall, please notate the location on the log.
   
4. Any traffic or parking tickets issued are the responsibility of the driver and can not be paid from University Funds.
   
5. Make prior arrangements if you need to return the vehicle after hours
   
6. Remove any trash
   
7. Return the truck key when you return so that others may use the vehicle
   
8. Please fill out the log completely
   
9. If there is service that is needed, please let Technical Services know at physics.facilities@umich.edu

The truck needs to be returned by 4:00 p.m. unless you have prior approval to use it after this time.
