Most faculty have allocations in their own general fund account from which they are expected to buy their (A-21 unallowable) research, departmental teaching and administrative office supplies.

The area research secretaries have been given signer authority on these accounts and have the authority to coordinate and place office supply orders on behalf of their faculty and associated post-docs, research assistants, etc., as well as their own administrative support needs. Please see your area secretary for assistance.

For those few faculty who did not receive discrete office supply funds, please see the Physics Department Business Office for assistance with your supply needs. The Physics Department Business Office only orders supplies for the main office staff and retired faculty.
