Information sessions are group advising meetings where students learn about and declare a major or minor with an advisor. Students who cannot attend an information session may meet with a peer advisor during walk-in advising (see schedule below). All information sessions are held in room 1160 USB. USB PitE Office Walk-in Advising Schedule +

PitE's Peer Advisors are upper division PitE students who meet with undeclared and declared PitE students on a walk-in basis. They answer questions regarding PitE courses, explore practical experience opportunities with students, and discuss options for specializations. Undeclared students can also meet with peer advisors to declare a major or minor in PitE. See the schedule below and plan to meet with an advisor this term!

PitE Academic Advisors

PitE's advising team consists of a lead advisor, two faculty advisors, and three peer advisors. Advisors are available to talk with you about your interests and help you with your PitE major or minor course planning, which also includes specialization and practical experience courses for majors. Peer Advisors are declared PitE students who answer general course and curriculum questions and help students select classes. Advising questions can also be e-mailed to
