Anna Grace's research focuses on the strategic determinants of terrorist activity, including tactics and target choice. She looks at domestic and international political issues that increase the use of violence against the state. In addition, she is interested in factors that shape public perceptions of the use of violence by domestic separatist groups, and the interaction between negative attitudes towards political violence and democracy.
