Molly is a graduate student in political science and public policy. Her research focuses on Congress and legislative politics, with an emphasis on how legislative organization, rules, and procedures affect domestic policy outcomes. Prior to coming to Michigan, she was a senior research coordinator in the Governance Studies program at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C.
