    Lisa is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science.  her research interests include nuclear weapons, terrorism, and other aspects of international security, as well as U.S. foreign policy and foreign policymaking institutions.  in her current work, she examines domestic and international factors that affect how states make decisions regarding nuclear weapons programs.
