Alcohol disrupts women's sleep

Health.com and other media quoted J. Todd Arnedt, assistant professor of psychiatry, neurology and adjunct assistant professor of psychology, on his study showing alcohol disrupts the sleep of women more than it does for men because "women metabolize alcohol quite differently."
