Research Interests

Dr. Sharon Arieli received her PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her main research areas are 1) Creativity- integrating both dispositional and situational factors that influence creative performance; 2) Culture-studying the way cultural orientations and mindsets impact creativity in problem solving and identity; 3) Values- exploring the impact of individual-level and cultural-level values on people and organizations.
