Research Interests

Elizabeth Meier is conducting her dissertation research on the effects of identity and a range of verbal and non-verbal communication processes on the learning outcomes of over two-hundred gender and race-ethnicity intergroup dialogue participants. This video-ethnographic study focuses on a subset of the participants of a large-scale, randomized study spanning nine universities: http://www.igr.umich.edu/experiments.html
