I assist in the administration of policies for recruiting, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations. I oversee scheduling and communication of appropriate orientation sessions for newly hired faculty and staff, as well as the development of orientation materials and content.

I oversee and adminster the academic and faculty personnel activities of the department; coordination and  preparation of position request for faculty, lecturers, post doc's and staff; manage faculty searches and recruitment activities as well as promotion and tenure cases. 

Oversee the appropriate process for hiring lecturers, ensuring compliance with LEO contract.
