My role is to manage the Psychology HR Office and HR staff. The HR Office supports the staff, faculty, lecturer's and temporary employee personnel related issues.  I oversee the recruiting of faculty, staff, lecturers, research fellows/postdocs and termporary employees. In addition, my role is to collaborate with the Department Chair, Key Administrator, Managers, Supervisors as well as LSA and Central HR on personnel related issues. 

I conduct all faculty and staff orientations, exit interviews and ensure that Psychology is in compliance with the LEO guidlines and union contract as well as advise otheres on University policies and procedures
