Research Interests:

I'm interested in how, why, and when people mispredict, misperceive, and misremember their own and others experiences. These include the affective, metacognitive, temporal, and hedonic. My recent research has focused on how momentary contextual states (e.g., mood) can influence and interact with these processes.

In general, I'm constantly amazed by the extent to which small incidental things can impact "bigger" constructs like emotion, social behavior, evaluative judgment, mental time travel, and perspective taking.
