I manage the pre-award and post-award administration of sponsored projects; assist with grant budget development, assuring timely submission of grant applications, meeting Department, College, Sponsor and University deadlines and guidelines. I am also responsible for general funds and expendable restricted projects. I propose policies and establish procedures; work proactively to control costs and seek opportunities to streamline current procedures. I provide oversight, supervision, and training for Business Office staff, secretaries and research staff related to financial reporting and procurement.
