The Multiple Identities and Interpersonal Interactions Lab

Welcome to our lab!

Welcome to the Multiple Identities and Interpersonal Interactions Lab at the Psychology Department of the University of Michigan. We are interested in understanding how individuals navigate among their many different social identities, and the impact these identites can have on affect, cognition, and behavior. Some of our current projects include an examination of the social world of the Internet, the dynamics of mentoring relationships, and negotiation behavior. Please follow the links to the left to learn more about our members and research, as well as the work of our collaborators from other universities.
