ELI LILLY RESEARCH & TRAVEL AWARD

The Eli Lilly Research and Travel Award helps to facilitate a Department of Psychology undergraduate student’s research project and to assist with expenses associated with presenting some portion of the research at a major regional (e.g., Midwestern Psychological Association) or national (e.g., APA, APS, SRCD) scientific or professional conference. Eli Lilly and Company generously donated the funds for two awards of $250 and one grand prize award of $500 in recognition of the contribution of an undergraduate education in psychology to the success of many of the company’s sales associates.

The Eli Lilly Research and Travel Award can be used to offset costs of a research project, transportation, lodging and registration fees to attend a conference. Students planning to use the funds for travel to a conference must verify that their research has been accepted for presentation. The presentation can consist of either a paper presented during a panel discussion, symposium or a poster presentation. The student must actually be the presenter of the thesis research, whether it is as a single author or as a jointly authored paper.

Congratulations to Daniel Kessler and John Wang
