Potential Internships Available Through RC Alumni Network:

- The Statewide Parent Advocacy Network, located in Newark, New Jersey, is looking for some help to redesign their organizational website. A modest stipend could be made available if needed.
- The Jewish Publication Society, a nonprofit educational institution whose mission is to enhance Jewish culture by promoting the dissemination of religious and secular works in English, located in Philadelphia, PA, is looking for an intern to help them repurpose their analog content into digital format. The internship would start June 2, 2008, and last through August 8th, 2008, and includes a stipend.
- The New Press (www.thenewpress.com), a well-known independent book publisher located in New York City, is looking for an intern for this summer. Their summer internship positions, which offer modest stipends and other benefits, would begin on May 1, 2008.
- Stephen Hynson, a 1971 alum and designer/builder of custom-made furniture, is looking for an apprentice in Maui, Hawaii.
The Fayettesville Observer, a 70,000 circulation family-owned paper in North Carolina, is looking for summer interns.
