UPPER-LEVEL (300, 400) SPANISH ENROLLMENT PROCESS 1. Attendance is Crucial! To keep your enrolled spot, or to be considered for a spot in a class for which you’re waitlisted, it is CRUCIAL that you attend class, and make sure your attendance is noted by the professor. Our department attendance policy states that if students miss either of the first two days of an RLL class, they may be dropped for non-attendance. Please note that all RLL classes are closed in Wolverine Access for enrollment on the first day of the term (Tuesday, September 2). From that point forward, all enrollment is handled by override only. 2. Fill out an Enrollment Request Form! As you’re attending your Spanish classes, please communicate with us about the changes you’re hoping to make to your Spanish course schedule via the Enrollment Request Form. Please bring it to us in the RLL Main Office (4108 MLB) by Thursday, September 4. You can get a copy of this Enrollment Request form from your professor or from the RLL Main Office. 3. Come talk to us at one of our Enrollment Sessions! If you’d like to speak with us one-on-one about the changes you hope to make to your Spanish schedule, we invite you to attend one of our Enrollment Sessions. We’ll be available to speak with you during the following times in 4420 MLB (on the MLB 4th floor, near the elevators): 4. After following the steps above, when to expect word about whether or not you’ll receive an override? We expect to issue overrides for available spots shortly after the first full week of class. If we’re able to issue you an override, you would receive notice by e-mail. Please check your e-mail regularly.
