Inteflex 211 introduces students to the fundamental concepts behind understandings of health and the theory and practice of health care. The course explores historical, aesthetic, religious, philosophical, literary, and personal dimensions of health care, including concepts of well-being, ill-being, healing and care provision. The evolving roles of technology and information itself are considered as they affect individual notions about health.
