GRADUATE STUDENT INSTRUCTORS
The Department of Screen Arts & Cultures is accepting applications for positions as Graduate Student Instructors to assist in the following courses:
SAC 236 - Art of Film
SAC 352 - Film History: 1930 - 1959
SAC 375 - Television History
SAC 372 - Contemporary Film Theory
Selection Criteria will include:
Good standing in applicant's academic department
Previous experience teaching at UM
Enrollment demands
Experience and background relevant to the open position
Application Process:
Please submit a completed GSI application form to The Department of Screen Arts & Cultures office by April 4, 2008. Selections will be made by the Department Chair upon which successful candidates will be notified. All applications will be retained for consideration in the event that there are last minute openings. Please contact Nancy Bates (nanb@umich.edu) for additional information.
