GRADUATE STUDENT INSTRUCTOR POSITIONS
November 13, 2009 is the application deadline for Winter 2010 GSI teaching appointments.
Winter 2010
The Department of Screen Arts & Cultures will be accepting applications for positions as Graduate Student Instructors to assist in the following courses:
SAC 236 - Art of Film
SAC 353 - Film History: 1959 - Present
* SAC 375 - Television Theory & SAC 376 Digital Media Theory (GSI - Grader Position)
Selection Criteria will include:
Good standing in applicant's academic department
Previous experience teaching at UM
Enrollment demands
Experience and background relevant to the open position
APPICATION PROCESS:
Please submit a completed GSI application form to The Department of Screen Arts & Cultures office, 6225 Haven Hall, by November 13, 2009. Selections will be made by the Department Chair upon which successful candidates will be notified. All applications will be retained for consideration in the event that there are last minute openings. Please contact Carrie Moore(ctave@umich.edu) for additional information.
