Curriculum: Effective Fall 2013

The Screen Arts & Cultures major requires a minimum of 37 credit hours. A Grade of C- or better must be achieved in any course taken to satisfy the SAC major requirements. With the exception of those cross-listed classes noted above, other film, video, and television courses offered outside of SAC will be considered for elective credit on a case-by-case basis.  Students should consult with their SAC advisor before taking such a course with the intention of using it to fulfill the SAC elective requirement.

SAC 236 - The Art of Film  (4 credits)
SAC 272 - Classical Film Theory  (3 credits)

The student must have grades of C- or above in each of these courses in order to declare the SAC major.
