The
plural form of nominative feminine nouns can be easily learned
if a student knows the principles of
- case
- noun
stem
- hard
consonants, soft consonants and hardened consonants
- feminine
nouns with zero endings (that end in a consonant)
These
exercises require the student to deduce some of the feminine
plural endings of nouns in the nominative case. Endings that
are more irregular or difficult to deduce are explained in
more detail. Vocabulary has been limited to typical elementary
vocabulary, except in cases where there is an exception or
rule that requires less common vocabulary. Feminine nouns
ending in soft or hardened consonants have been organized
at the end and can be eliminated from the material if students
have not studied this aspect of feminine nouns.
