While there are many ways to classify verb conjugations in Polish, most verbs conjugate according to one of four basic conjugation patterns.

UWAGA! Some textbooks combine the –am, -asz and the –em, -esz conjugation patterns into one –m, -sz conjugation. Since, however, the –em, -esz group is very small (only five verbs), we have created a separate group for you to learn.
