The Science Learning Center employs students in a variety of roles. Students may work as Front Desk Monitors, Computer Assistants, Peer Study Group Facilitators or Peer Tutors.

Front Desk Monitor positions (Office Assistant) are posted on the U-M Student Employment website under the category "All Jobs: Office." The majority of these positions are filled by students who have work/study awards.

Computer Assistant positions (Computer Consultant I) are posted on the U-M Student Employment website under the category "All Jobs - Administrative/Professional."  The majority of these positions are filled by students who have work/study awards.

Peer Study Group Facilitator positions (Tutor I) are described on our website on the Become A Facilitator pages including information about how to apply. The positions are available for students with or without the work-study award.

Peer Tutor positions (Tutor I) are described on our website on the Become a Tutor page including information about how to apply. The positions are available for students with or without the work-study award.
