Dan Hirschman Recognized for his Mentorship

Graduate Student Dan Hirschman has been selected as the recipient of the 2012 Graduate Student Mentor Award.  Selected by his fellow graduate students, nominators highlighted Dan's sincere interest in helping other graduate students navigate grad school, the high quality of his own research, his efforts at developing the future of sociology both in the department and as a discipline, and the positive and supportive attitude with which he accomplishes all of this.
