Min Young Kwak receives Barbour Scholarship

UM graduate student Min Young Kwak (Social Work & Sociology) has received a Barbour Scholarship for 2011-2012 from the Rackham Graduate School.  This full-year fellowship includes an academic year stipend, full tuition, and health insurance.
