• About

  Susan is the University of Michigan Library’s liaison to the Sociology department.  She provides help to students, faculty, and staff at every stage of the research process.  She visits classes to help students learn the best and most efficient ways to find books, articles, and other materials for their research projects.  Susan also purchases books, journals, and online materials for the library’s collection.  (Let her know if you have any requests!)

  Susan came to UM in July, 2011.  She spent the previous 14 years working as a librarian and instructional technologist at Bryn Mawr College.  When she’s not at work, Susan enjoys exploring Ann Arbor, reading, writing, eating, the outdoors, and contradancing.
