My areas of interest include college student success, intergroup relations, higher education, social stratification and K-16 schooling, issues of community and social justice, and the American Jewish Community. I have held numerous posts in undergraduate education at UM and currently am director of the Michigan Community Scholars Program. Recent books include the College Knowledge Series (from U of Michigan Press): College Knowledge for the Jewish Student (2010), College Knowledge:101 Tips (2005), College Knowledge for the Community College Student (forthcoming 2011), College Knowledge for the Student Athlete (forthcoming 2011).
