  I am a student in the Joint Doctoral Program in Social Work and Sociology.  I am broadly interested in the following areas within sociology: the sociology of childhood, medicalization, stigma, poverty and inequality, and qualitative methods.  In particular, I am interested in children's experiences with mental health diagnoses.
