  As an undergraduate at the University of Chicago, I studied philosophy and mathematics. I'm interested in social networks, agent-based modeling, theoretical frameworks that stress cognitively plausible actors, and structural constraints on action. My substantive interests include social studies of knowledge and ideas, political segregation in congress, and residential segregation. I also enjoy playing basketball, cooking, and talking about literature.
