Pedagogy Resource Room and Archive

The Pedagogy Resource Room and Archive is a departmental-supported resource open to all instructional staff (faculty, lecturers, GSIs) affiliated with the department. It is designed to increase access to and knowledge of both standard and innovative curricular and pedagogical materials, which are housed in a single location, currently Room 3221 in the Sociology Department, 500 S State Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48109-1382.

The Resource Center includes a library of textbooks, ASA Teaching Resources, and pedagogically relevant readings, as well as filing cabinets filled with practical teaching tips and advice, syllabi from a wide range of courses offered in Sociology over the past 2 decades, supporting materials for course design and development, experiential exercises, and resource referrals for a wide range of teaching materials available at the University of Michigan. View a complete index of all of these materials in PDF format. A hard copy booklet is also available in the department.
