“I've had the chance to lead two classes, do an independent study, and volunteer at a juvenile detention center—all on top of learning everything (and I mean everything) there is to know about sociology. Along with the variety of things you can accomplish, you have the chance to really get to know your classmates, walk away with knowledge and insights that you can apply to your own life, and have a good time doing it. I just completed a sub-concentration in law, criminology, and deviance—which worked out very nicely for me since I'm now on a path to law school.”
