Life After College

As graduation looms closer, you'll get the question.  And you'll get it every other day.

"What are you going to do after you graduate?!?!?"

Some LSA students know the answer the day they step on campus, and some don't know even as they sit adorned with cap and gown at commencement.  But that's always been the beauty of a liberal arts education -- you've got the problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to find your way into virtually anything you could want to do.  The important part to remember is that eventually you'll have it all figured out -- and hopefully you've had some fun, met some interesting people, and learned how to be a truly well-rounded thinker along the way.

In the coming months, this page will have video clips of some of those who have come before you and graduated from LSA, speaking to this very topic.  In the meantime, consider this list of alumni, whose lists of majors and careers are as diverse as one could ever imagine.
