Graduation Procedures
The Academic Auditors are available Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Here you will find information about graduating from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. In particular, we explain on the pages linked below how students can receive their official degree audit. The audit lists the requirements for a degree from LSA along with students' status towards completing those requirements. Students cannot graduate without an official audit.
Please keep in mind that graduating from LSA is different from walking in the commencement ceremonies organized by the Office of University and Development Events. For your convenience, we have linked here to information about the commencement ceremonies as well. If you have any questions about graduating from LSA, please feel free to contact the LSA Auditors Office by phone at 734.763.3101 or via email at lsa.auditors [at] umich.edu.
If you just want to learn how to start the process of receiving your official degree audit, please visit the Getting an Audit page.
