Before You Travel

For students embarking on the majority of U-M programs, those managed through the Center for Global and Intercultural Study (CGIS), you'll need to go through the CGIS "Ready, Set, Go Global" presentation and meet with a CGIS advisor. This will prepare you for your program.

For students going through non-Michigan programs, please consult the International Center's checklist for studying abroad to better understand your pre-departure process.
