The University of Michigan Biological Station is located at the northern tip of the Lower Peninsula of Michigan on the south shore of Douglas Lake, just off Riggsville Road / Robinson Road / C-64. 

It is approximately a 4.5 hour drive from Ann Arbor to the Station.  Commercial bus service runs to nearby Pellston or Cheboygan.  For air travel, the region is served by Pellston Regional Airport (Emmet County).

 

Driving Directions to the University of Michigan Biological Station Campus

From I-75: take exit 322 and go west 3 miles (5 km) on C-64 to the entrance.

From U.S. 31 in Pellston: go east 6 miles (10 km) on C-64 to the entrance road.
