From I-75, take exit 322 and go west 3 miles (5 km) on C-64 to the entrance.
From U.S. 31 in Pellston, go east 6 miles (10 km) on C-64 to the entrance road.
The Biological Station Office in Ann Arbor is on the UM central campus in the Chemistry Building in Room 2541, 930 North University Ave.
