UMBS Course Application
Please return your completed application via the U.S. Mail, along with a non-refundable $25 application fee payable to UMBS. (NOTE: You will need the full version of Adobe Acrobat if you want to save the data in your form.) We prefer the U.S. Mail for these, but fax and e-mail are acceptable. Also remember to apply for UMBS Financial Aid using a separate form.
Both the Course Application and Financial Aid forms are required.
