Application Form for Housing & Research Status All persons wishing to use UMBS housing or research facilities need to fill out the above application. You may also mail, fax, or e-mail us a copy of a prepared research proposal or any other documents that may be requested. If you will NOT be conducting research, then please disregard the research-related questions. Please submit this application well in advance, allowing at least two weeks for processing. Summer arrangements should be confirmed by May 1st. We are unable to guarantee housing and/or research lab space unless we receive an application at least two weeks prior to your arrival at UMBS. You can sumit using the e-mail link in the document (print off extra copy for your records). Note to all residents: You must bring your own sheets, blankets (sleeping bag recommended), pillows, towels, flashlight, alarm clock, rain gear, field shoes, etc. A more complete list of items to bring and information about UMBS will be sent to you once our office processes this application.
