UMBS Centennial Celebration Weekend (August 21 to 24, 2008)

Mark your calendar for Thursday, August 21 to Sunday, August 24, 2008.

You're invited to a weekend of entertaining and informative events to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the UM Biological Station.

Highlights will include property field trips (10,000 acres to explore), an oral history presentation (documenting the station’s  100-year history), alumni speakers (how the station has impacted lives), recreational activities (such as volleyball, hiking, etc.), a Friday night live-band music performance (Jelly Rolls Blues Band), a Saturday Centennial Ceremony, and more.
