2009 Research & Resident Fees
Research facility fees cover laboratory bench space and/or field research sites as well as general use of UMBS support facilities such as stockroom, computer labs and libraries, etc. They do not cover breakage, supplies, boats or vehicles, copying, phone charges, or staff support, etc. These items incur direct charges. Fees are charged for each individual working on a project and for the duration of the stay at UMBS. A minimum of 8 weeks will be charged per project at the PI rate for projects which hold lab space in Lakeside Laboratory.

* Please contact UMBS when budgeting for future projects, for estimates of annual rate increases. For projects involving PROPHET tower research, there is an additional $100/week bench fee.
