Design of Test Publications

What are the English Language Institute Test Publications designed to do?

Our tests are designed to assess the English language proficiency of adult nonnative speakers of English. These tests are used in hundreds of institutions for in-house assessment of language proficiency. They are appropriate for placing entering and continuing students in various levels of ESL classes, and for determining whether students already admitted at the college level require supplementary ESL studies.
