MELAB Test Centers

Please select a test center and contact the examiner for test schedules. Mail your completed MELAB Official Identification Form (pdf), one (1) passport photo, and the test fee of U.S. $80.00 (without the speaking test) or U.S. $120.00 (with the speaking test). Make sure you meet the registration deadline specified by your selected test center.
