Can I replace a lost certificate or get a duplicate certificate?

Candidates wishing for verification that they have passed the exam can contact their local test center for a letter stating when the candidate took the test as well as the results of the test. Institutions should accept only original certificates or letters of verification sent directly by the test center. The English Language Institute at the University of Michigan does not issue duplicate certificates or copies of Examination Reports.
