LHSP Dance Club Date: Monday, 11/16/2009; 08:00PM - 09:00PM Location: West Lounge Host Department: Lloyd Hall Scholars Program The LHSP Dance Club aims to explore various forms of expression, principles of placement, and rhythmic sequences of movement as a foundation for freedom of expression. The club meets bi-weekly for 1-hour dance workshops. Past dance genres explored include modern, hip-hop, and Latin (merenge and salsa) dance. However, this is not an exclusive list. The structure of the club will largely depend of the members’ interest. Additionally, there will be opportunities for student choreography and student-lead workshops.
