About Alexander  Ralph Alex Ralph graduated from Swarthmore College (’95) with a BA in English and History; five years later he received his MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Michigan. For the past six years he has taught at the University of Michigan, in both the Sweetland Writing Center and the English Department. He is currently working on a novel.
