The Health Sciences Scholars Program (HSSP) is a living/learning community dedicated to providing first-year undergraduate students:

• support for your transition to the University of Michigan

• exploration of issues and opportunities in the health sciences and professions

• understanding of the diversity of UM and the health care field

• opportunities to enhance your leadership skills

• guidance to resources to assist you on your pre-health journey
